Collecting trip to the Gouverneur, NY area
Arrive Thursday August 14 and leave Sunday August 17th
collecting on the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings. We plan to collect minerals at three or four locations in the area
The owners of KOA Campground in Natural Bridge, NY have offered to group YTMC members together and reserve a large area near the cabins. The cabins and the motorhome have already been booked so the only camping available is by simple tent or tent-trailer. If you are going to use a simple (non-electrical) tent, then DO NOT BOOK - instead let me know now and we will get a special rate for simple tents. If you have a camp trailer or need an electrical hook-up then book on your own though the KOA website.
So to recap:
If only a non-electrical tent, reply to me and we will get a discounted rate. Once we know that rate, then we will need a payment (to be determined).
If anything other than a non-electrical tent, book yourself with the website. Let me know you are booked so we can keep a head count. Web site for booking is:
